Personica engaged DineEngine to plan, design, and develop a new hybrid-native mobile app for Fishbowl customers that utilize their API for loyalty/rewards, and integrates with popular online ordering providers.  The Personica mobile app is used for sales and marketing as well as provide Personica’s Loyalty API integrations and APIs with other vendors, like the largest online ordering provider Olo.

Custom Feature Sets and Functionality
Using Native/Hybrid architecture, DineEngine Technologists built an Angular/Ionic mobile application for speed to market, version control, and scalability across all digital devices.  In order for mobile browsers to get a mobile-friendly experience from any website, Promotions management capability was added, in addition to dynamic branding capabilities to configure each app’s look and feel for each customer.

DineEngine developed the Personica mobile app that utilizes their 3rd Party API for loyalty & rewards while integrating with Olo online ordering.

DineEngine Technologists constructed integrations focused on single-sign-in with the Personica API and Olo, while allowing for further wrapping SSO for other online ordering vendors, real-time offers via push notifications, and store location information. Personica loyalty was enhanced to display points, past activity, and progress toward milestones. A special Promotions Manager was developed with a wallet to feature offers in-app for in-store redemption, a messaging box, and analytics capturing actionable user data.

Currently working with over 30 Olo clients, Personica’s new mobile app targets brands with 100 to 1000 locations while also being an attractive option for smaller restaurants because of out-of-the-box functionality.
